squid luau
is "squid luau." The stuff we serve at luaus that looks and smells like something Master Yoda would make for Luke in the Dagobah Swamp. Green, soft and smelly, but it tastes like heaven. Put that concoction on some rice and it is our family's favorite. Just remember, cover it with a cloth. The steam that sweats from the lid back into the squid luau speeds up the spoiling process of the coconut milk.
